In our 1-2 hour consultation, we will discuss the immediate needs of your home. If very little "tweaking" is required, our recommendations will be provided and you can either make the changes yourself, or we will be happy to help you. We want these changes to impact the sale of your home. With that said, we like the owners input on the changes being made prior to anything being done. We will provide you a report that details all things discussed and recommendations for each room discussed.
We will come in and make agreed changes based on the Consultation
This staging service is all about getting in the home and making the necessary changes that will set your house apart from the others. We will physically stage the main areas of your home based on the recommendations we discussed at the Consultation. We will supply beautiful staging accessories so that we get the best possible photos. This also gives you the opportunity to make a visual shopping list if you decide to change the area to keep the high impact look until the home is sold.
For homes that need more than just staging
When the home requires soft/hard reno before it can be placed on market. This includes but not limited to, painting, landscaping, flooring, kitchen and bath updates, etc. Price for this service is
based on pre-determined project price based on billable hours. We offer the purchasing of furniture and decor at our discount for those wanting to upgrade their home.
We begin with a full home assessment from which we develop our proposal detailing in a report all the furnishings including furniture, rugs, artwork, lighting and accessories to be used in your home room by room. We are known for our quality furnishings and the pristine condition of our inventory. All furnishings provided in your staging are owned by Bella Design Staging. The average price for a 2500-5,500 sf home ranges between $3,500-7,200 for a minimum 2 month rental period.
Our primary goal is to prepare your home to sell expeditiously and for more than the asking price. It is important that we stage your home prior to listing photographs being taken. Your real estate professional's photographer, will work with us on completing this task so that you will be thrilled with the outcome. We want to make the entire staging process effortless and enjoyable for you.
